Will we get arrested if we use this place? ....Cause i hav heard of people getting arrested for using the drain covers

LCS said...

We wouldn't recommend moving the drain covers. They are there to prevent people from falling into the drains.
It is best to skate the banks furthest away from the MRT and make sure that you are not disturbing anyone.

hey i thought there's still many other skatespots in singapore? like the stairs at hougang and the grass gap at smu?

There are lots of other skatespots. We will slowly add them when we have time.

Why don't you help us by taking pictures and sending them to us at sup@lioncityskaters.com

@Oscar: Send us some pictures of the skatespot in Clementi.

To get to Ang mo kio Banks:
Exit the MRT station (Exit A)and walk or skate underneath the train crossing bridge. There are lots of banks. Some are closer to the MRT station than others.

Bishan Active is a nice place to skate: curbs, lots of flat ground and no one can call police since it's a sports and leisure facility.

Anonymous said...

you know, they can make a indoor skatepark here.just ask permission n built it. with those ramps, rails and more tht can fit

Anonymous said...

I agree that bishan active is a nice place to skate because there are areas that are sloped and the ground is flat but there are hardly any places to grind. But it is a great skatespot and I would recommend skaters to go there to skate
