Is is still allowed to have skating there by the authorities?
No, it is not allowed. They have No Skateboarding signs up on the walls. But you can often find breakdancers, BMX, and skateboarders using the space.
Skate at own risk.
do people actually tell you not to skate there? or does it just say no skateboarding?

its at takahasimaya and have another skatespot that have a handrails with skate stoppers.

i mean not in takahasimaya you go to citylink mall and you must find a sign named thank you for shopping at citylink mall.
if you want to skate the place you need a paper and write g so it will be go skateboarding
