epic park r there any other indoor skateparks in singapore?

Why don't you take the time to write your real name or possibly create an online-name. Then maybe we will take the time to reply to your question....

No there aren't any other indoor skateparks in Singapore. Love Skatepark is the first.

do we need to pay to get in ?

LCS said...

@Zadeee: Yes, you have to pay to enter.

The price is SGD $5 an hour.

If you buy something from the store such as a pair of shoes or a deck they give you a coupon for 1 free hour.

Thanks, i think ill try it out some time . thanks

do you guys wanna let us enjoy sktaeboarding or u wan us starve to skateboard hey 5dollar is alot of money u knw, its no fun if u try to eat those little kids money, those young skaters prolly only get like 4 bucks a day? or something and u expect them to pay for 5 dollar per hour tat is unreasonable totally. i dunno why they can all agree to pay.

Anonymous said...

5 dollar is daylight robbery and still u all claim tat u wan the kids to enjoy skateboarding wat a load of bullsheet

@Anonymous:

If we were running the indoor skatepark. We would charge more than $5. Maybe $6 or $7

Skaters that are regulars or use their decks or shoes get to skate for $4.

This is a very reasonable price considering the cost of rent, renovation, building the ramps, electricity and other costs.

If you have a problem with their price. Then don't go there. No one is forcing you too. But I wouldn't speak badly about Love Skatepark as WE helped set up the park. Would you prefer that there wasn't any indoor skatepark?

Save up your money and skate once a month.
Love Skatepark is not trying to "rob" you of your money. There are just lots of costs you don't know about. Plus, you should know that they are flying professional skateboarders down to Singapore for you guys to meet and skate with.

We have been fortunate enough to skate indoor parks in other countries and they are usually more expensive. With one exception The Ramp in Bangkok which we will make a post about soon.

Also, next time you post please leave your name and do a spell check.

just 4 skateboarders

Anonymous said...

Going there soon. Hope so. I have save quite a few of money to get in there. I heard that its fun.

Anonymous said...

Stefan said...

Can we bike in that indoor park ?
as in BMX ?

LCS said...

Currently, only skateboarders are allowed. We have no information on if this is going to change in the future.

If you are really desperate to go there, you can contact them directly and inquire about renting the place out for a private party. You would have to inform them that you will be inline skating or riding a BMX.

Either you take 154 opposite of lakeside MRT or beside chinese garden or you can take 157 from jurong west street. You stay near lakeside MRT, where? Just curious =X

Yes it is in singapore. It is at 100 Turf Club Road, #01-02P Horsecity, Singapore 287992, quoted from sk8rat above. The bus stop to get off is called the 6th swiss avenue or something related, i cannot remember.
